What a gold Hunting Helm adds in Lords Mobile

Compare two Hunting Helm grades in IGG's official simulator: the increase in each bonus and why the final total does not establish whether the upgrade is worthwhile.

IGG's Equipment Simulator lists 3,000 Max Energy for a gold Hunting Helm. If you already own the purple version with 1,950, the difference is 1,050, rather than another 3,000. The same principle applies to its two percentage bonuses: an upgrade decision needs the difference between the old and new values.

We examine one item in the official Equipment Simulator. The cards and the selected helmet's totals were rechecked on September 28, 2026. This is an example of the web tool's behaviour; its database version is unspecified, so verify your item's values in the game before spending materials.

One helmet, three separate increases

Open the helmet slot in the simulator and find Hunting Helm. Choose purple grade first, then gold. Check the item name: other helmets appear below, and comparing a neighbouring card would answer a different question. Both versions examined here list Player Level 60.

Energy Saver: 3% for purple and 5% for gold, an increase of two percentage points. Max Energy: 1,950 and 3,000, an increase of 1,050. Monster Hunt DMG Boost: 6% and 10%, an increase of four percentage points. These are the English interface labels so you can locate the same rows.

The original cards for both grades appear below with their numbers unchanged. Max Energy is one of the item's bonuses; it is neither your account's entire current Energy stock nor a count of items in your bag. Open at full size: purple helmet and gold helmet.

With one helmet selected and every other slot empty, Total Attribute Boosts repeats its three values. An empty set makes it easier to isolate one item's contribution. A complete gear set is a different starting point: its combined total cannot be compared directly with a single item's card.

Why 6% to 10% does not promise two-thirds more damage

Mathematically, 10 is approximately 1.67 times 6. Here, however, you are dividing two bonus values, rather than two hit results. That ratio does not predict the monster health removed or the number of hunts possible with one Energy reserve.

To test the upgrade's effect in battle, compare matching attempts: the same target and monster level, hero lineup and development, and hunting streak status. The Noceros hunting guide shows how continuing a streak prevents attributing the entire increase to one replacement. The simulator records the equipment change; it does not replace a battle measurement.

Use the comparison before spending materials

Write down the next completed step: purple Hunting Helm to gold; +2 percentage points Energy Saver, +1,050 Max Energy and +4 percentage points Monster Hunt DMG Boost. Beside it, record the remaining materials shown in your own upgrade window. The item's full cost from scratch and the cost from your current state are different amounts.

If you are choosing between the helmet and another piece, make the same record for both: current grade, next available step, bonuses changed and remaining cost. That makes the comparison clear. Gold alone does not identify which upgrade matters most right now.

For example, a helmet missing a rare material and another useful upgrade already within reach provide their benefits at different times. First identify the stat you need for your task, then the step you can actually complete. A bonus table without your account's costs and conditions is not a ranking of upgrade value.

Save both original cards or record their values before switching. The key comparison is the added benefit for the remaining cost. A total of 3,000 looks impressive, but the relevant calculation for a purple-helmet owner starts with the difference of 1,050.
