Your caravan took the last march slot: Lords Mobile resource supplies
Resource supplies use the shared Army Limit. Separate caravan capacity from available marches and plan guild assistance before your own deployment.

Sending resources to a guildmate uses part of your shared march allowance. A Trading Post supply counts towards Army Limit, the number of armies you can send simultaneously. This is specified in IGG's Trading Post guide. Before a coordinated deployment, check both the cargo quantity and your available marches. Even a high-capacity caravan can occupy your last slot.
A supply has two separate limits
IGG's Trading Post guide lists its main upgrade effects: increasing the amount of resources sent and reducing supply tax. The original game screen below labels these Supply Capacity and Supply Tax. They describe cargo capacity and tax, rather than the number of free marches.
A note in the same guide separately states that sending resources to an ally occupies Army Limit. This is another restriction to check before delivery. Increasing Supply Capacity lets you send more at once; it does not establish that you have gained an additional available march.
The table below is an archived screen from the official FAQ, with no capture date or client version specified. It identifies the Trading Post's stats. Check your actual quantity, tax and active bonuses in the game; someone else's table cannot replace your account's parameters.

Why this matters before a coordinated deployment
Consider a hypothetical account with four simultaneous marches, three already occupied. Using the remaining slot for a supply leaves no room for the next deployment. Your stock of resources at home does not change this: available resources and an available march answer different questions. Four is simply the assumption in this example, rather than a universal game limit.
Army Limit itself is linked to account development. A separate IGG answer describes increases at certain Castle levels. Do not assume you have as many marches as a more developed guildmate. Before a series of deliveries, check your own allowance and what is already occupying it.
First agree how urgently the assistance is needed. If you will need a free march soon, send resources earlier or arrange a later delivery. If help is needed immediately, check whether your plan fits the available slots. Greater capacity can reduce the number of deliveries required, but each caravan still uses a march slot.
If you cannot send resources at all
In an older Reddit discussion, a newcomer asked why a new account could not supply the guild. One reply mentioned the Trading Post; another asked for the game's exact error message. That is a useful diagnostic order: establish which requirement is unmet first. One symptom does not prove the cause is tax, Army Limit or a bug.
Check that you have a Trading Post and read the warning shown when you try to send. Inspect the selected quantity and your available marches separately. If the message names another restriction, investigate that specific condition. Upgrading the Post at random in the hope of fixing any delivery error is unreliable.
If you are helping a guildmate recover after being zeroed, establish whether the resources are for healing, training or construction. The recovery guide separates those costs so one queue does not consume the whole reserve. As the sender, add another check: will the march you need remain available after sending the assistance?
Keep two figures in mind before a supply: how many resources you are sending and how many marches remain free. Guild assistance then becomes part of your plan, rather than an unexpected reason to miss your own deployment.
