Archive of the August–September 2026 campaign, updated September 26. No new Lords Mobile Drops were confirmed as of that update. If you participated, start by checking the reward you earned: watching, claiming on Twitch and delivery to the game are separate stages. This guide explains where to look and which support team handles each problem; it does not announce a current campaign.

15 and 30 minutes: what to check after the stream

When checked on September 18, the official IGG page showed viewing thresholds of 15 and 30 minutes. The screenshot below belongs to that campaign. These values do not establish requirements for future Drops: check each reward's conditions again in a later campaign.

The Twitch instructions separate several actions. Link the game account to Twitch through the developer's page. Then choose a live stream with Drops enabled: a recording or rerun does not qualify. Progress appears in Drops & More beside chat or in Drops Inventory.

After meeting the requirement, press Claim on Twitch. Finishing the viewing time does not replace that action. Ready to Claim means the reward is available to claim; Claimed means you have completed that stage. Opening several channels simultaneously does not accelerate progress.

Three states require different actions

Progress is not increasing. Check the campaign dates in Drops Inventory first. Once it has ended, you cannot complete the missing viewing minutes. For an active campaign, verify the live stream, the channel's participation and the progress indicator. A stream title alone does not confirm reward availability.

The reward is ready but unclaimed. Open Drops Inventory and check whether Claim is available. If it is, claim the reward. Do not assume a universal extra claim period after a campaign: inspect your specific Drop's terms and status. More viewing cannot restore an expired entitlement.

Twitch says Claimed, but the game has nothing. Check which game account is linked. IGG's FAQ read on September 18 specified in-game mail and delivery within 48 hours for that campaign. This was the delivery allowance for a reward already claimed on Twitch, rather than extra viewing time. Verify the deadline again for a different campaign.

If it has not arrived after the stated delivery period, the Twitch troubleshooting guide directs delivery issues to the game developer. Save the Drop's name and a Claimed screenshot. Problems earlier in the process, involving viewing credit or Twitch's claim button, belong with Twitch support.

Campaign dates and account-linking deadlines differ

On September 18, 2026, IGG's Russian page showed August 27–September 25, while an English search copy showed August 27–September 24. Neither the exact hour and time zone nor the reason for the discrepancy was established. This article therefore remains a record of that campaign. Before participating again, find an active Lords Mobile campaign on Twitch and read its own dates.

IGG's September FAQ separately mentioned linking the account within seven days of becoming eligible for a reward. That did not extend viewing time or guarantee the continued availability of Claim. Check the status and specified deadline of an earned Drop; do not transfer the old condition automatically to a future campaign.

Check both outcomes after an event: the reward was claimed on Twitch and reached the intended game account. That turns a general complaint that Drops do not work into a specific problem with a clear next step.

Frequently asked questions

There is no claim button on my iPhone. What can I try?
Twitch states that Drops rewarding iOS apps and games cannot be claimed through the Twitch iOS app. Check the same reward in a desktop or mobile browser. Claim must still be available and the claim period valid; a browser cannot restore an expired reward.
