MLBB Masha not entering Feral? Check your attack direction
A skill leaves a Wound, but the right follow-up attack triggers Feral. Understand the mark, three enhanced attacks and Masha's separate dash reset.

Hitting an enemy hero with a skill is not enough to make Masha enter Feral: you must tear the resulting Wound with a basic attack from its side. The official reworked-Masha guide explains this cycle. If skills connect but enhanced attacks do not appear, check the mark and your position relative to it first.
A Wound requires an attack from the correct side
A Wound is a mark on an enemy hero left by Masha's skill damage. The next step is a basic attack — the hero's normal attack, not another arbitrary skill press. The main-server patch specifies the direction: attack from the Wound's side. That completes the passive's condition and opens the enhanced attacks.
Masha's published card says the mark's direction is random. Always circling the enemy on the same side may therefore fail. Find the Wound and assess whether you can safely reach that side. A mark beside an enemy turret or group is not an instruction to move into danger.

The full official overview frame shows Masha, marks beside enemies and claw-swiping effects. It illustrates the passive section of the 14 September preview, not our battle. One frame's damage and hit count cannot establish a complete combo; the conditions were checked separately against the main-server patch and published hero description.
Feral opens three enhanced attacks
Feral is Masha's enhanced state after tearing a Wound. Her next three basic attacks become claw swipes. She gains attack speed, movement speed and resilience, while the swipes restore HP — health points. That follow-up is why approaching the mark correctly matters.

The full passive card lists the tearing condition and the next three attacks. On a phone, use that simple rule and open the original for small text. Sidebar percentages do not establish the hero's strength here: their statistical period is not stated in the screenshot.
The published description gives a 3-second duration; tearing another Wound refreshes it. After entering Feral, track the enhanced attacks and next mark rather than assuming the bonus lasts for the whole fight. We did not test optimal input timing or establish continuous enhancement in every battle.
HP bars and the dash reset are a separate condition
Masha has three HP bars and dies after losing the last one. Damaging heroes or monsters builds her Feral resource, which converts to HP outside combat. Do not confuse that resource accumulation with the condition for entering the enhanced state: the cycle above requires tearing a Wound. Watching HP bars does not replace watching the mark.

Masha's second skill is a dash in a chosen direction. Its cooldown — the wait before using it again — resets when an HP bar is depleted. The original second-skill card states this, as does the official overview. The condition belongs to that skill; do not apply it to her ultimate.
After losing a bar, check whether the dash is ready and what is happening nearby. It may help change sides or escape danger. Deliberately sacrificing HP just for a reset is not necessary: if the follow-up fails, the spent bar does not guarantee an escape.
A simple way to check the cycle before a match
In practice mode, start with one target: land a skill on an enemy hero, locate the mark, approach from its side and perform a basic attack. Observe the subsequent enhanced attacks. Check the second-skill reset separately. This is a proposed learning sequence, not an optimal combo we tested. When comparing another hero's rework, first check the server and skill description using Natalia's example: a mark in test-server notes does not establish Masha's Wound condition.
After reworks, check each hero's familiar buttons separately. In the Bruno Powerball and dash guide, his second skill grants a ball after moving. Masha has a different sequence: the mark determines the basic-attack side, while losing a bar permits another dash. The same skill number does not mean the same rule.
Checked on 15 October 2026 against the official 14 September overview, main-server patch 2.2.16 of 16 September and Masha's published card. The September rework was not new news on 15 October. We did not test the game client or establish a best build, win rate or guaranteed victory.
