Dust II in PUBG Mobile: can you enter G2's tournament?
PMG2 brings 5v5 bomb defusal and one life per player. Check Western Europe eligibility, the 23 October registration deadline and the 24–25 October event.

PMG2, a custom map inspired by Dust II, will host G2's PUBG Mobile tournament. New to custom maps? Our World of Wonder guide explains how to find creations. First, check whether you can enter: this event is for amateur players aged 16 or over who live in Western Europe.
What is PMG2, and why is there a bomb?
PMG2 is a custom map inspired by Counter-Strike's Dust II. G2's official video places it in World of Wonder, or WOW, PUBG Mobile's mode for player-created experiences. The announcement calls the event the G2 x PUBG MOBILE: Community Challenge.
The tournament uses 5v5 bomb defusal, with one life per player. The frame below shows a Time Bomb item and a 'PICK UP THE BOMB' prompt. Read the map's objective before practising: knowing the routes alone will not explain how to win.

The demonstration shows Creation Code 29057304, a code for finding the creation in WOW. It is not a tournament registration code. We have not tested the map in the current game client, so check its name, creator and description before entering. For the small interface labels, open the gameplay frame at full size.
Who is eligible to enter?
- Every player must be at least 16 and live in Western Europe. An account's language or a player's nationality alone does not meet the residency requirement.
- The event is for amateurs. Professional and semi-professional players, and anyone who participated in the 2026 PUBG MOBILE Club Open (PMCO) Group Stage, are not eligible.
- Register a roster of four to five players plus one substitute. The announcement allows phones and tablets. If your roster has four players, ask the organiser how you will field a five-player team before the match.
Finding the map in WOW does not make you eligible for the tournament if you live outside the specified region. Access to a creation and entry to a competition are separate matters. The announcement does not provide a full country list; ask the organiser if your residency situation is unclear.
Register by 23 October: how the qualifiers work
Registration closes on 23 October 2026. Two qualifying blocks take place on 24 October, with 32 teams in each: 64 in total. Both use best-of-one matches and single elimination, so one loss ends a team's run. The top two teams from each block advance.
The remaining four teams play the final stage on 25 October. Matches from the semi-finals onwards are best-of-three, meaning the first team to win two games takes the series. There is also a third-place match. Announced prizes include gift cards and G2 merchandise. The poster below shows examples of merchandise, not a guaranteed pack for every entrant.

The dates on the full-size poster match the written announcement: 24–25 October. That announcement does not state the exact registration cut-off time or the start times of the qualifying blocks. Do not assume that '23 October' means 23:59 in your time zone.
What to check before registering
The organisers manage registration, match schedules and results through the official G2 Discord, linked in Level Infinite's 14 October announcement. Check every teammate's eligibility, your roster and the current timing for your block. A promotional video cannot tell you whether places are still available.
Looking for the international PMGO Season 2 instead? Our PMGO schedule and TDM explainer covers that separate event. Its 4v4 Warehouse tie-break decides a qualification place; those settings do not describe PMG2's bomb-defusal tournament.
Announcement rechecked on 21 October 2026. The images are from the organisers' promotional video, not a test in the current client. They do not confirm current map availability, remaining places or results for the tournament scheduled for 24–25 October.
