Viking Rise Divine Jewels: check Recast locks and the Enrich selection
Recast and Enrich do different jobs. Check the locked attributes, selected row and operation cost before spending blades or stones for KvK points.
Published · Updated

Before using jewel consumables for KvK preparation points, choose the upgrade you actually need. KvK means Kingdom versus Kingdom. Our crafting-points guide separates the relevant tasks; equal points do not make Recast Blades and Enriching Stones interchangeable.
A Divine Jewel has its own attributes and development options. Recast uses Recast Blades; Enrich uses Enriching Stones. The example here is Frigg’s Agate in Orexyn’s video published on 11 October 2026. Read the operation name and its specific requirements before spending.
Recast: lock the attributes you want to keep
The Recast screen explicitly tells you to lock the attributes you do not want to recast. Read that instruction before confirming and check the locks beside the actual rows. Merely opening the correct jewel does not establish that the desired attributes are protected.
The visible rows include Pikeman Health Increase at 2.44% and Counterattack Skl DMG Up as a separate effect. Names and conditions matter: a gold row is not automatically useful for every line-up, and different effects should not be treated as one general combat bonus.
The shown Recast button requires 6 blades, while the top counter shows 5. These figures describe this particular state of the interface. They are neither a universal cost for every recast nor evidence of a completed operation or guaranteed result. Open the Recast screen at full size.

Enrich: select the attribute you intend to improve
The Enrich screen asks you to select an attribute. Check the selection beside the row you intend to improve, rather than assuming that every attribute on the open page will change together.
The interface offers Enrich 1 time, Enrich 10 times and Enrich 100 times. In this frame, one enrichment costs 10 stones and the stock counter shows 37. Those are the displayed operation’s values, not a universal rule for every jewel. Open the Enrich screen at full size.

Repetition count and improvement size are different quantities. A cost of 10 stones does not mean an increase of 10% or ten levels. For a planned operation, save the selected attribute and its value before and after, rather than assuming the outcome from the button’s number.
Ascend has its own material rules
IGG’s notes for version 1.5.093, dated 28 March 2026, describe separate Divine Jewel ascension changes: jewels of any Star Level can be used as materials, with excess ascension materials returned as Blue Chalcedonies.
That explains a rule for Ascend materials, not the outcome of Recast. The Recast locks also do not prove which attributes an Ascend operation retains. The complete recipe and result must be checked in the relevant current window; these two frames do not establish them.
Choose a useful upgrade before counting KvK points
First decide whether you want to replace an attribute or improve an existing row. Then check the jewel, operation, locks or selected row, and cost. Do this before a long sequence of operations, while you can still change your plan.
If you also want event points, match the item consumption to the active KvK stage’s exact task. Points do not make the two jewel operations interchangeable. After a planned action, check the jewel’s actual result and the event score separately.
An earned preparation buff is another separate question. Before relying on it, read when Viking Rise KvK preparation buffs activate.
