Rare equipment really can earn more KvK preparation points than Legendary equipment when their categories differ. The Viking Rise game rules screen lists 400,000 points for Rare Blessing Equipment and 360,000 for Legendary Basic Equipment. Before crafting, read the full category and required action: the frame colour alone is insufficient.
What this comparison covers
KvK means Kingdom versus Kingdom. Here we examine point awards only in the Jewel Crafting preparation stage, covering jewels and equipment. This is neither a guide to every war rule nor a ranking of the best equipment sets.
The source is Flóki918’s Kingdom 84 KvK10 video published on 7 October 2026. The screen says Cycle Season: Baldr’s Redemption; the beginning shows the game date of 5 October. Open your own active stage’s rules before applying these values. The recording does not mean every kingdom is at that stage today.
Rarity and equipment category are separate checks
Rare, Epic and Legendary are quality levels. Blessing Equipment, Monster Equipment and Basic Equipment are separate categories in the task table. Keep the complete English name beside the figure when identifying the row, rather than inferring it from colour.
Blessing Equipment: Rare — 400,000; Epic — 1,125,000; Legendary — 2,500,000 points for crafting one item. Monster Equipment: 160,000; 450,000; 1,000,000 respectively. Basic Equipment: 60,000; 140,000; 360,000. All nine rows specify Build. Open the game frame at full size.

The gap between 400,000 and 360,000 is 40,000 points in favour of Rare Blessing. Two Legendary items can differ too: Blessing awards 2.5 times the points of Monster. This compares the points for an action, not the best return per unit of materials. That also requires each recipe’s costs and the item’s usefulness to your troops.
Owned consumables are not already-earned points
The same table has two separate tasks: Consume 1 Recast Blade — 22,000 points, and Consume 1 Enriching Stone — 2,200. These are jewel consumables. The key word is Consume: owning them in your bag or buying them is not listed as the condition for those rows.
Under these rules, ten Enriching Stones award the same points as one Recast Blade: 10 × 2,200 = 22,000. Equal points do not make the items interchangeable or compare their upgrade results. Choose the jewel operation you need first, then calculate points from its actual consumption. Check again when the stage changes: in our Jewel Crafting versus final-stage comparison, the same blade awards 7,500 rather than 22,000. Before spending, compare Divine Jewel Recast and Enrich.
Do not apply Build rewards to every equipment action. Equipping, receiving an item from a chest, upgrading and crafting are different actions. If your stage describes an operation differently, read its conditions before spending. This table alone does not establish points for all those methods.
Calculate your stock without confusing points and rank
Record your current score and goal first. If your chosen threshold is 220,000 points away and these rates apply, that gap could be covered by 10 Recast Blades or 100 Enriching Stones. This is an arithmetic example only: it does not recommend spending those items or promise a particular reward at 220,000.
Check the ranking separately. The recording shows Flóki918 with 6,864,000 Preparation Battle Points at rank 155. That is one player’s position at one moment, not a universal threshold for rank 155. Matching the score does not guarantee the same place because other players’ points matter too. Open the ranking at full size.

Before confirming crafting, check four things: active stage and timer, full item category and quality, exact task verb, and the operation’s cost. Compare the score before and after the first planned operation. If it differs from your calculation, stop and reread the conditions before using the rest. For quick troop actions, check automatic box consumption in Quick Train separately. Before relying on an earned bonus, read the KvK preparation buff activation condition.
Choose a useful improvement that also fits the stage task. A larger points figure does not itself justify crafting an unnecessary item. Checked on 7 October 2026 against the cited recording; if the rules change, use your current game screen.
