Viking Rise Serpent Potion: speed-ups give a chance, not a guaranteed attempt
Spending speed-ups does not guarantee a Potion Manual. Learn to separate attempts, Magic Crystal Dust and the bear preview before using your stock.

Spending speed-ups in Serpent Spirit Potion does not mean you will receive a manual for every item used. The source list describes a chance, while the event has separate counters for attempts and its exchange currency. Another route to a mount is Viking Horn and its Premium chest; its points and access conditions should not be mixed with this event.
The source list says chance
In Orexyn’s video published on 14 October 2026, the source window includes Speedup Consumption. Its description says that consuming speed-ups gives a chance to obtain the item. That wording does not establish a guaranteed exchange of one speed-up for one manual.
The same window lists Shop, where spending Gems offers a chance, and Niflung Leaders, where defeating leaders on the map offers a chance. Go takes you to the relevant activity; the button itself does not confirm that a reward has been issued.
The visible descriptions do not give a drop percentage, spending limit or guaranteed reward after a certain number of failures. One unsuccessful attempt is therefore not proof of a bug, and inventing a guaranteed threshold would give you a false budget. Open the source list at full size.

Keep attempts and exchange currency separate
The consumable used for attempts is referred to here as a Potion Manual. In the shown event screen, the bottom counter beside its icon is 0. The selected frames do not demonstrate a completed round, so neither another item in the bag nor a different counter proves that attempts are available.
Magic Crystal Dust is a separate currency, shown with a blue icon at the top. The player has 9, while the bear exchange shows 190 beside the same icon. The shortfall is 190 − 9 = 181 units of that currency. It is not a requirement for 181 manuals or 181 attempts.
To turn a currency shortfall into a number of rounds, you would need confirmed rewards per round and the conditions for obtaining manuals. The displayed 0 and 9 belong to different resources; they cannot be added together or used as interchangeable progress counters.
The bear preview does not confirm its element
The reward preview names Legendary Berserk Bear and shows Legendary rarity. However, Element Type is marked ???, as are several attributes. That screen does not confirm a particular element or a finished set of stats.
A Mount Element Choice Chest explicitly lets you choose an element. That is a different item with its own description. A gold frame on this bear does not establish a Fire Element, and the video’s title cannot replace the reward’s own details. Open the bear preview at full size.

Plan useful spending before chasing a drop
Choose an activity you already need for your development, then check which speed-up types and current limits the event accepts. Set a spending limit beforehand. A chance to receive a manual is not a reason to keep using resources until an unconfirmed guarantee supposedly activates.
If the result seems wrong, record the manual counter and Magic Crystal Dust separately, along with the activity and time. This makes a support request clearer than a single statement that an attempt or a reward went missing.
This guide explains the interface in the video published on 14 October 2026. We did not test purchases, mount delivery or currency carry-over in a game account. The timer in that recording is not a deadline for your current server; read the rules and counters in your own active event.
