AION 2: NC promises EU entry passes missing on 25 October

The 28 October patch promises to issue EU content passes that failed to refill on 25 October. The amount, delivery schedule and actual receipt still need confirmation.

After the daily reset on 25 October 2026, some AION 2 players did not receive Shugo keys and Nightmare tickets. NC’s first official explanation of the daily allocation issue said it was investigating. The 28 October patch now adds a promise to issue EU content entry passes that did not refill on 25 October. That point gives neither an exact delivery date nor an amount.

What the developers confirmed

The resources are Shugo keys and Nightmare tickets. NC links the missing allocation to the morning daily reset on 25 October in CET, Central European Time. A daily reset refreshes daily counters; the notice names two specific resources, not the removal of every daily restriction in the game.

NC says some players. Record a zero counter if relevant, but one figure does not establish that everyone missed their keys or that every player lost the same amount. First distinguish a missing refill from resources you already spent.

NC original: some players did not receive Shugo keys and Nightmare tickets; investigation ongoing
NC’s first notice, 25 October: investigation status. The new 28 October patch promise is explained below.

Open NC’s complete first notice from 25 October. That is the initial investigation status, not its final statement: the 28 October patch separately mentions a future allocation.

Maintenance compensation is a separate notice

NC’s notice ending temporary EU maintenance lists separate compensation, including Content Usage Ticket Selection Chest (Bound) ×1, a chest for choosing a content ticket, and Odyle Energy (Bound) ×1, one Odyle item. Bound means a bound item. This is maintenance compensation, not confirmation that the daily refill issue has been fixed.

A single compensation chest in an earlier mail does not prove that every missing Shugo key and Nightmare ticket was restored. The 25 October maintenance announcement and 28 October allocation point are separate notices. Compare the mail’s name and contents with the relevant official list, then check resource counters separately.

NC original: five EU-maintenance compensation entries and seven-day mail expiry
NC: separate EU-maintenance compensation, updated 25 October 2026.

Open all five compensation entries and the mail deadline. NC says the mail expires after seven days. Check your own mailbox deadline; the point does not give one identical expiry minute for all recipients.

What to check on your account now

Open the relevant resource counter and save its amount and refill timer. Note region, server, character, check date and anything spent since reset. This identifies the missing refill if you need support or want to compare it with NC’s update.

NC promises a separate allocation; it does not suggest fixing the issue by buying a subscription, logging in again or changing the system clock. Do not repurchase access on the assumption it restores resources. The next ordinary reset is not the stated restoration deadline either: the new entry gives no exact hour.

What the 28 October patch promises

Under Retrieval and Restoration in the 28 October patch notes, NC says content entry passes that failed to refill in EU on 25 October will be issued. A retrieval/restoration schedule will be announced after the server-transfer period ends. This is a promise to issue them, not confirmation of delivery to every player. The point does not separately list quantities of Shugo keys, Nightmare tickets or other resources.

NC’s 28 October patch: a promise to issue EU passes and announce a separate schedule. Actual receipt is not confirmed here.

Open the complete retrieval and restoration section. The last point concerns duplicate Attendance rewards obtained through server transfers, which NC says it will retrieve. It does not cancel all normal login rewards.

Do not confuse this issue with the separate Odyle mail campaign before Ludra, starting on 28 October. That has its own dates and rules. A notice about Shugo keys and Nightmare tickets neither cancels that campaign nor confirms that it has started.

Checked on 28 October 2026. The new patch notes were published at 09:43 MSK; the first issue notice was on 25 October at 15:27 MSK, and EU-maintenance compensation is a separate document. Follow the promised schedule and check your counter after allocation. These documents do not establish the technical cause, exact quantity, delivery hour or receipt by every player.
