NC's announced first Europe transfer round on October 21, 2026 was scheduled for 14:00 CEST, or 15:00 Moscow time, later than usual. This is a dated account of the plan checked on October 21, not confirmation of actual opening. First check server type, faction and slots in the basic server-transfer guide: the Early Access window was ending while Launch was beginning.

Check your server group's week

The announced Early Access transfer window ran from after October 14 European maintenance until before October 21, 2026 maintenance. Launch servers were scheduled from after October 21 maintenance until before October 28 maintenance. Those are the windows in the official Q&A, updated and read on October 20.

The maintenance notice scheduled October 21 work for 08:30 CEST, or 09:30 Moscow time. When checked on October 21, NC listed 5.5 hours, increased from 4.5, giving an estimated finish of 14:00 CEST / 15:00 Moscow time. This was a plan, not confirmation of completion. Game access was to be unavailable during maintenance; the announcement could be updated.

NC maintenance table: October 21 start at 08:30 CEST and planned duration of 5.5 hours
Original NC maintenance plan checked October 21, 2026: the duration had changed to 5.5 hours.

Open the saved maintenance start and duration table. It shows 5.5 hours; the Moscow-time calculation is written above.

October 21 was not one universal opening date: one server group's window ended while another's began. “Before maintenance” did not mean midnight. Seeing Shop → Server Transfer did not by itself confirm that applications from your server were being accepted.

Europe's planned first round on October 21

The Q&A lists Europe's normal daily windows as 12:00–16:00 and 18:00–22:00 CEST/CET. For October 20–24, while CEST was UTC+2, those corresponded to 13:00–17:00 and 19:00–23:00 Moscow time. NC published a separate exception for the first round on October 21.

In the October 20 Q&A update, rechecked October 21, NC set the first post-maintenance round to 14:00 CEST, keeping the existing end time. Europe's October 21 plan was therefore 14:00–16:00 CEST / 15:00–17:00 Moscow time, with the evening round at 18:00–22:00 CEST / 19:00–23:00 Moscow time. The revised estimated maintenance finish matched the first-round start, but that did not establish actual availability. An extension would require waiting for NC's update.

NC note: Europe's and Asia's first October 21 round begins at 14:00 CEST with the end time unchanged
Original NC Q&A update, October 20: a revised first-round start for October 21, 2026.

Open the saved Q&A note at full size. Europe's first post-maintenance round is in the lower note. The upper correction concerns Asia's morning schedule; do not apply those hours to Europe.

For October 25–28, recheck the current announcement and client: Europe changes from daylight saving time on October 25. The Q&A labels its intervals CEST/CET together, so the Moscow conversions above should not automatically be extended to the end of the period without clarification. The one-off October 14 first-day correction was not the everyday schedule either.

Transfer capacity refreshes at the start of each hour

In its October 14 capacity notice, NC says available transfers into and out of each server update every hour, on the hour. If you cannot apply in one round, it advises waiting for the next. That advice still requires being within the daily application window and your server group's transfer period.

The next hour does not guarantee space. The same notice says excessive demand may lead transfers into and out of a particular server to close permanently. An hourly refresh is a reason to recheck, rather than a promise that the destination will reopen.

Open the original hourly-capacity announcement. It separately describes early closure at a limit and possible permanent closure. Exact per-server quotas are not published there.

A free character slot does not grant transfer permission

Keep two restrictions separate. A character slot is room for a character at the destination. Transfer capacity restricts a server's arrivals or departures. Buying a slot can address insufficient character space; it does not reopen closed transfers.

The Q&A also says that having an existing destination character does not bypass capacity limits. Exhausted departure capacity or destination arrival capacity still makes transfer unavailable. Do not buy slot expansion expecting it to open a closed server.

What to check before another attempt

Check server group and period first, then region and daily hours. If they match, open Shop → Server Transfer and read the notice when selecting an unavailable server. Recheck at the next hour within the application window, allowing for possible permanent closure. The client's current availability list matters more than another player's previous-day report.

While waiting, check free slots, Server Storage and selected characters using the transfer-preparation guide. A login restriction is a different issue: first distinguish a sanction from a temporary security lock. Unavailable transfers alone do not establish a ban.

This is a translation of the schedule checked October 20–21, 2026. The October 21 correction changed planned maintenance from 4.5 to 5.5 hours; the Q&A still listed Europe's first start at 14:00 CEST. Actual maintenance completion was not confirmed by that check. These documents provide neither a live remaining-capacity table nor a guarantee that a particular server reopens. Consult NC's current notice and client before applying.
