Lords Puzzle: a failed attempt did not use a daily success slot
The completed October 2026 Transformers puzzle: successful attempts, separate prize draws and the deadline. A dated guide to the archived IGG rules.

The October 2026 Lords Puzzle round ended on October 19 at 07:59 Moscow time. Under its archived rules, failing a puzzle did not consume the daily allowance of successful attempts. Completing the puzzle and using the resulting prize-draw attempt were separate actions. The Lords Mobile calendar guide explains why one event reminder is insufficient; this article records the actions required in that completed Transformers puzzle round.
Successful completions counted, not every launch
The event opened on October 12, 2026. IGG's rules listed Easy, Medium, Hard and Extreme modes, with players free to choose any of them. Each successful challenge provided one reward pack. Failed attempts did not count towards the success allowance.
The normal daily limit was three successful completions. Sharing the event that day allowed one additional success, for up to four reward packs and four prize-draw attempts per day. That was an event condition, rather than four prizes from one launch.
The practical distinction was that an unsuccessful first attempt did not remove the next opportunity. An unused opportunity was still not an automatic win: the puzzle had to be completed. This article does not provide a universal solution for every mode.

The original rules screen shows all four modes and the exclusion of failures from the count. Each mode had its own ranking. On equal scores, the player who reached the score earlier ranked higher. That governed placing, rather than granting an extra daily attempt. Open the archived rules at full size.
Completion rewards and prize draws were separate
A successful challenge provided two things: a reward pack and one prize-draw opportunity. The main page's gift icon opened the draw interface, with a separate remaining-attempts counter and an adjacent ranking-rewards tab.
The screenshot below was captured without signing in, so its zero does not describe a particular player's balance. Prize images around the button did not promise every pictured item from one attempt. The rules examined did not give individual prize probabilities; icon size or position could not establish the chance of a desired reward. Open the original draw screen at full size.

Attempts could accumulate, but the event still ended
Rule 4 allowed unused challenge attempts to accumulate without resetting at the end of the day. They still had to be used before October 19, 2026 at 07:59 Moscow time. Accumulation did not make them indefinitely valid.
That deadline appears in Russian rule 4 and matches October 18 at 23:59 GMT−5 in the English rules. The Russian window's top line shows different hours without a time-zone label; the official collaboration calendar also supports 07:59 Moscow time. This article preserves that discrepancy rather than treating the ambiguous header as a new deadline.
The useful plan had three steps: complete the challenge successfully, check the draw attempts received, and use them before closing. IGG separately warned that it accepted no responsibility for unclaimed rewards and prizes after the event. A calendar entry did not claim anything on the player's behalf.
Different rewards had different delivery times
IGG's rules stated that successful-challenge packs and in-game item prizes from draws would be delivered within ten minutes. Ranking rewards had a different allowance: three to five days after the event ended. The ten-minute figure did not cover every prize type.
For a physical prize, the rules required contacting support through the gear icon → Help → Ask a Question; the middle label differed in the Russian interface. Dispatch was allowed up to 60 working days after the event ended. This was a dispatch period, rather than a guaranteed parcel arrival date.
If a sign-in problem prevents access to in-game support, use the guide to official contacts outside the game. Save a result screenshot and an exact problem description. Contacting support does not itself extend an event deadline or confirm a prize win.
