Felix in Doomsday: why five and ten seconds do not add up
One Felix skill boosts basic attacks for five seconds; another adds an attack every ten seconds. Two original screens help you check the conditions before spending fragments.

Felix's basic attack boost lasts five seconds, while the extra attack from Awakening has a separate ten-second interval. These are different conditions. If you are comparing only portrait levels, start with our hero level and skills guide: choose the mode and relevant skill first, then assess the specific upgrade.
What happens during the five seconds
On 16 October 2026, SWILL Gaming published a Felix analysis. At 01:20, the English Accelerate and Overtake card is open in Battle. This is a skill description, not a damage measurement. Neither client version nor recording date is given; compare the text with your own client before investing resources.
The displayed Rage Skill requires 1,000 Rage. After it is used, basic attacks gain additional damage for the next five seconds. A basic attack is the ordinary strike that triggers this effect; do not confuse it with a separate use of the Rage Skill.
The selected skill is level one, with an additional Damage Factor of 1,000. The final Upgrade Preview step shows 3,100. That is a factor in the description, not a promise to remove exactly 3,100 health, and it does not mean the maximum skill has already been obtained.

There is another duration: each basic attack also reduces the enemy's skill damage for two seconds. The selected level shows 3%, while the highest preview step shows 10%. Calling this a permanent 10% reduction ignores the upgrade level, trigger and duration. The card does not establish uninterrupted protection throughout every battle.
What Awakening adds every ten seconds
At 05:55, the video shows Rapid Duel, the passive Awakening skill. This card describes Awakening as a separate ability unlocked after fully upgrading all the hero's skills. A gold frame in a preview does not mean the effect is already active on your Felix.
Rapid Duel describes an extra basic attack every ten seconds. That particular attack grants 70 Rage and does not trigger enemy counterattacks, meaning retaliatory strikes against the attacker. The last condition applies to the named extra attack, not every attack from the squad.

Do not combine these descriptions into a promise that the extra strike always lands within the five-second boost. The frames contain no battle timeline or test of trigger synchronization. They also do not establish the number of boosted attacks per activation, a constant damage increase or the exact rate of filling the Rage bar.
What to check before spending fragments
Open Felix's Battle description and record three things: the current Accelerate and Overtake level, the boost duration and Awakening status. Compare current values with current values, and maximum values with maximum values. If the feature you need appears only after Awakening, assess the whole path rather than just the next upgrade.
In the displayed state, for example, the hero has not yet been claimed: the CLAIM button is visible on the right. The creator can read maximum properties, but that does not prove they work in his battles. Your unlocked skills and available stock matter more than a video's should you upgrade headline.
To test a developed hero, save the log and conditions of comparable fights: opponent, troop count, assistant and Armament. Our Bodala shield example separates a description's promise from a measurable log entry. It helps you select a comparison measure; it does not establish Felix's damage formula.
Do not judge Felix by 3,100 alone. Check the skill level, the five-second boost and, separately, access to Rapid Duel with its ten-second interval. This analysis covers the conditions of two cards reviewed on 17 October 2026. The best partner, value of the investment and actual battle outcome need a separate comparison.
