100% Auto Healing: what Doomsday's Hospital does not promise
Hospital capacity, soldiers selected for healing and post-event recovery are different things. Read Extreme Showdown's rule and an original Hospital screen.

You may see a promise of 100% automatic healing after an event in Doomsday: Last Survivors. In IGG's official record, it concerns the Hospital in Extreme Showdown. It does not promise to return any army after any battle. Before fighting, check the mode's rules, available capacity and exactly which soldiers you intend to heal.
What the 100% update actually refers to
In IGG's App Store update history, version 1.54.0 of 10 February 2026 increased Extreme Showdown's post-event Hospital Auto Healing to 100%. All three limits matter: the specific mode, the Hospital and the time after the event ends.
That does not establish that every deployed soldier reaches the Hospital, capacity is unlimited or speedups spent during battle are refunded. Recovering dead troops and reimbursing costs are separate questions. Find them in the current event rules rather than constructing them from one percentage.
This explains an existing update record, not today's patch. If you use an older Genesis War guide, check the current mode's name and conditions separately. Do not extend Extreme Showdown's rule to Pompeii, island events or ordinary map battles.
Read the complete capacity fraction
The archived Gamerch game screen shows 126 / 21,000 in the Hospital capacity row on the left. In that state, 21,000 − 126 = 20,874 places remain. This reads one specific frame; it is not a standard capacity for your account. The screenshot is Japanese, with no stated client version or capture date.
A separate row below reads 42 / 60,000 and is labeled as additional capacity for War Machines. The label already limits its purpose. Do not combine both rows into a general 81,000-place limit for any troop lineup. Read which units each counter covers in your own interface.
The first visible healing row on the right shows seven, followed by zeros in the next rows. Those numbers concern healing in the displayed rows; they are not the 126 occupying capacity on the left. A timer and separate immediate-healing and speedup buttons are also visible. Before spending, check the selected rows, quantity and total cost of your own action.

Why waiting until the end is not always convenient
Consider a hypothetical case: the relevant category has a 20,000 limit and 18,000 places occupied. Only 2,000 are free. Even if the rules provide later Auto Healing, those 18,000 places remain occupied until it occurs. The percentage does not increase the space available right now.
If you have finished fighting and do not intend to return, waiting for the rules' automatic healing may save speedups. If your team needs another deployment, the task is different: free enough space and return the appropriate soldiers in time. There is no single useful instruction to always wait or heal everyone immediately.
One screenshot or short update note cannot establish how overflow is handled in every mode. Before the next battle, open the current event help and check what happens to Heavily Wounded Troops, dead troops and units beyond available capacity. Do not substitute another event's percentages.
A short report is more useful than ready
For your next deployment, record the mode name, free places in the relevant category and how many soldiers you intend to return through healing. Establish when you need to leave again. That supports a clear choice between waiting and spending without pretending to predict the next battle's losses.
The same habit helps on the field: separate what you can observe now from what you assume. Our Pompeii fog-of-war analysis gives a report example with location and observation time. Healing rules must be checked separately for each mode, but precise conditions help in both cases.
Before pressing a button, establish which soldiers you are returning, in which mode, at what time and using which resource. The 100% figure then becomes a specific part of a rule, rather than a promise that your entire army is safe.
