No flags, still a chain: Rustwaste Conquest in Doomsday

Rustwaste Conquest promises adjacent territory captures without alliance flags. Read the announced dates, Nexus capture progress and alliance questions before registration.

Rustwaste Conquest promises territory expansion by capturing Settlements without a chain of alliance flags. You still advance through adjacent Plots towards the map centre. Discuss the route and team availability before launch. Our alliance-selection foundation explains activity and schedule checks; here is what changes in the new mode.

Two dates: maintenance and event launch

DLS Team’s “Game Update Notice” dated 22 October 2026 tentatively schedules maintenance for 27 October UTC, Coordinated Universal Time. The new cross-server Rustwaste Conquest event has a separate start: 18 November UTC. Installing the update and opening the event are different dates. This excerpt gives no exact launch hour.

The announced duration is 28 days, with a weekly cycle: registration on Wednesdays, matchmaking on Thursdays and battles Friday–Sunday. Registration signs teams up; matchmaking chooses opponents. “28 days” therefore does not mean 28 continuous battle days. See the original letter at 01:20. Open the full-size schedule.

No flags, but adjacent plots still matter

A Settlement is a capturable location; a Plot is a territory section. The announcement says capturing Settlements grants Plot control without expanding Alliance Flags. Alliances must still capture adjacent Plots and advance towards the map centre. Removing flag construction does not by itself permit capturing any distant point.

Some Settlements receive random buffs when the battlefield opens. The letter does not list their values. Agree a direction beforehand, then evaluate the actual route using the buffs that appear. One announcement is not enough to promise a universally best route. Open the original territory rules.

Nexus control needs 100% capture progress

For Ironmelt Nexus, the letter describes accumulating capture progress; control passes to an alliance at 100%. Winning one skirmish is not proof of completed capture. Nexus Batteries are described as support for attacking and capturing the Nexus. No speed formula or reward table is supplied here.

A separate field-battle zone is also announced, opening on a schedule. More alliance squads inside it increase its capture-progress speed. That applies to this zone specifically; do not extend it to every object or calculate linear acceleration without coefficients. The letter at 02:50 shows the conditions.

What to discuss with an officer before registration

Ask who chooses the advance direction, how the next target is communicated and who can play together. After opening, compare available adjacent Plots and Settlement buffs. For the Nexus, clarify who handles batteries and who monitors capture progress. These are preparation questions, not a tested winning lineup.

Ask for battle and zone-opening times in UTC. A matching day off does not guarantee you can attend the required window: the announcement gives weekdays, not hours. Record the registration deadline and first battle time separately.

If you plan to change teams for this mode, first check the announced alliance-binding conditions after registration. Rustwaste Conquest is included in that rule’s list, with the Federation-history condition of more than 180 days explained separately. Your account age does not replace that requirement.

Prepared on 25 October from the developer announcement shown in a 22 October video. We have not tested the actual launch or a full mode cycle in the client. Check your event’s final rules and schedule before participating; this announcement does not establish rewards or a ready-made winning strategy.
