30 cores for 1,000? Check Doomsday's Splendid Stele first
A video suggests a steady route to 30 Energy Cores in Splendid Stele. The original screens show why the reward depends on final rank and another player's budget is no guarantee.

Where the 1,000 for 30 claim comes from
On 9 October 2026, T O K Y O published a video about 30 Energy Cores in Splendid Stele. Energy Cores develop a superhero's Doomsday Weapon. The creator recommends aiming below the top ten and suggests 1,000–1,400 Exquisite Files for ranks 16–25. Exquisite Files are the consumables he proposes budgeting across events.
Setting a target in advance is a useful idea. But the creator's estimate is not an exchange rule of 1,000 items for 30 cores. In the same video, he warns that another player can overtake you at the last moment. Your final rank therefore also depends on your group. Item counts and event points must be checked separately; no universal conversion rate is established here.
What earns 30 cores on this screen
At 02:50, the Splendid Stele reward table is open. Its first reward column shows 45 cores for ranks 11–15, 30 for 16–25, 15 for 26–50 and five for 51–100. Boyd Warden is selected on the left. This table belongs to the displayed round; it does not promise identical rewards in every future cycle.
A separate condition at the bottom requires a top-200 position and at least 300 points. That determines eligibility for ranking rewards. Reaching 300 points does not turn into 30 cores. To receive 30 under this table, you also need a final rank of 16–25. The threshold comes from the Splendid Stele screen itself, not from Great Hunter.

At 02:35, the creator has 366 points and rank 66; the Splendid Stele tab is marked Ended. That position corresponds to five cores in the reward table. The minimum is met, but not the range awarding 30. This illustrates eligibility versus the desired reward; it is not a test of the result from spending 1,000 items.

The neighboring tabs show the same player at rank 14 in Top Commander and first in Great Hunter. Neither replaces rank 66 in Splendid Stele. IGG's official version 1.33.0 update of 26 August 2024 already described these three rankings as separate. That is historical background, not a new October change.
Also check distribution. Although Splendid Stele has ended in the frame, a notice at the top says rewards will be distributed after all events finish. The five-core row therefore indicates the assigned reward; these two frames do not confirm receipt of the reward mail.
How to set a spending limit
Start with the development goal: which hero needs the next step, and is the displayed reward suitable? Similar icons do not make every core interchangeable. Our hero upgrade guide explains how to match a specific requirement to your stock. Here, that habit helps avoid entering for one attractive number alone.
Open your round's reward table and record the rank range for your target prize. Separately note the minimum points, your current score and the score at the boundary of that range. Check Splendid Stele's own timer. Another player's video cannot reveal today's participants in your group or guarantee that the present cutoff will last until the end.
Set an item limit before spending, and decide whether a smaller reward would still be acceptable if others spend more. No more than 1,000 even if I finish below rank 25 is a personal limit, not a prediction. Reaching that limit means stopping; resources already spent do not by themselves justify spending more.
After the event, save your final rank, rules and reward table, then verify delivery separately. The original analysis was reviewed on 16 October 2026 using the 9 October video, whose client version is unspecified. Another round's estimate is a reason to inspect your own ranking, not a guarantee of 30 cores for a predetermined number of items.
