×20 is not 20%: two WoR summons and one Moscow deadline
The Rorkesh–Corven and Rygar–Carnelian windows closed on October 20 at 10:59:59 MSK. Here is how a ×20 rate-up differs from a percentage or a 200-summon guarantee.

Both summon windows examined here closed on October 20, 2026 at 10:59:59 MSK. A ×20 multiplier in these Watcher of Realms events does not mean a 20% chance and does not itself promise the desired hero within 200 summons. We explain the distinction through Sun Wukong’s summon event. Here we apply it to the October Rorkesh–Corven and Rygar–Carnelian windows.
What the twentyfold increase actually applies to
Both official announcements state that the base chance of obtaining heroes of the same rarity remains unchanged. The increase applies to the listed characters in the named summoning section. Rarity is a category such as Epic or Legendary; a featured hero’s increased chance and the chance of obtaining that rarity are different quantities.
× denotes a multiplier; % denotes a share out of one hundred. A 20 beside × cannot be read as twenty successes per hundred attempts. The announcements do not give a final absolute drop percentage for each featured hero. A banner here means an individual summon window with its own conditions and hero pool.
Do not import another event’s 200-summon guarantee. Sun Wukong’s guarantee was explicitly written into that particular event’s rules. Neither announcement examined here promises the selected hero within 200 attempts. This does not rule out a client-side pity system: read its rules, including carry-over and resets, separately.
Rorkesh and Corven: check both summon sections
For Rorkesh and Corven, the official list names Spiritual Summoning and Divine Summoning. The featured Legendaries were Rorkesh and Corven; the featured Epics were Gluttony, Ai, and Selkath. Two Legendaries appearing on a list does not by itself establish a fifty-fifty split between them.
If you want Rorkesh, first decide what role he would fill. Our range and ally-buff analysis explains attack-range limits and the support recipient. A rate-up removes none of those conditions and does not make a hero essential for every team.

Rygar and Carnelian: a separate Ancient Summoning event
The second announcement names Legendary Lord Rygar and Legendary hero Carnelian. Their rate-up applied to Ancient Summoning. Rorkesh is not part of that pool simply because both events ran at the same time: their summon sections and featured heroes differ.
A shared rate-up label does not merge two windows into one reward pool. Before an attempt, check the selected section, desired hero, and its probability description. Also check which resource that summon type consumes. Two short announcements cannot replace the full rules screen in your client.

October 19 in the announcement was October 20 in Moscow
Both windows ended on October 19, 2026 at 23:59:59 UTC−8. Moscow uses UTC+3, eleven hours ahead of that stated offset. The shared deadline was therefore October 20 at 10:59:59 MSK. This is a conversion of the published deadline, not an extra day granted by the game.
The starting dates differed. Rorkesh and Corven began on October 16 at 00:00:00 UTC−8, or October 16 at 11:00:00 MSK. Rygar and Carnelian began on October 17 at the same UTC−8 hour, or October 17 at 11:00:00 MSK. Do not substitute an American city’s local daylight-saving time for the fixed UTC−8 offset stated in the rules.
Both announcements required an account at least four days old and campaign stage N1-9 cleared. These were simultaneous conditions. Reaching that stage did not waive the account-age requirement.
For future spending, make three checks: open the exact summon window; find the hero and current probabilities; read the pity and timer rules. The source article checked names and conditions on October 19 against the official Rorkesh–Corven announcement and the Ancient Summoning announcement. If your screen differs, establish your available window’s conditions rather than treating ×20 as a guaranteed result.
